By creating a ULAi account and generating an API key, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written plainly on purpose.
1. Your account is yours alone
One account = one paying subscriber. Your ULAi API key, password, and account are for your own use only.
- You may not share your API key with anyone, or let anyone else use it.
- You may not let multiple people share a single account.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account and your key.
2. Sharing or misuse = grounds for cancellation
We may suspend or cancel your account immediately, without refund, if:
- Your API key or login is used by more than one person.
- You share, sell, or give away your key or account access to anyone else.
- You resell ULAi tokens, API access, or inference to third parties, or run a public-facing API for others off your account.
- You use the service for anything illegal, or to probe, overload, or attack our systems or anyone else's.
- You attempt to bypass or defeat our limits, seat caps, or security controls.
If we cancel you for any of these, you lose access immediately and receive no refund for the remaining period. Sharing a key is the clearest way to lose your account — don't do it.
3. Fair use
Your account comes with set limits (e.g. requests per minute, parallel connections). These are published when you mint your key.
- Unlimited tokens does not mean unlimited abuse. If a single account is hammering the service beyond fair use, we may throttle or pace it.
- We may adjust model availability, limits, or features over time. We'll tell you about material changes.
4. Your key
- Your key is shown only once, when you generate it. Save it somewhere safe.
- If your key is lost, stolen, or leaked, tell us and generate a new one — the old key stops working immediately.
- Generating a new key revokes the previous one.
5. Service is provided "as is"
- ULAi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
- We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for downtime, lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages.
- Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous month.
6. Billing and refunds
- Your subscription renews automatically each billing period (monthly unless otherwise agreed).
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
- We do not refund partial months, and we do not refund cancelled-for-cause accounts.
7. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post changes and note the new effective date.
- Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
