1. Your account is yours alone
One account = one paying subscriber. Your API key, password, and account are for your own use only. You may not share your key or let anyone else use it, or let multiple people share a single account. You are responsible for everything done with your account and key.
2. Sharing or misuse = grounds for cancellation
We may suspend or cancel your account immediately, without refund, if your key or login is used by more than one person; you share, sell, or give away your key or access; you resell ULAi tokens, API access, or inference to third parties; you use the service for anything illegal or to attack our systems or others'; or you attempt to bypass our limits, seat caps, or security.
3. Fair use
Your account has set limits (requests per minute, parallel connections). Unlimited tokens does not mean unlimited abuse — we may throttle or pace a single account that goes beyond fair use. We may adjust models, limits, or features over time.
4. Your key
Your key is shown only once. If it's lost or leaked, tell us and generate a new one — the old key stops working immediately. Generating a new key revokes the previous one.
5. Service is provided "as is"
ULAi is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous month.
6. Billing and refunds
Your subscription renews automatically each billing period. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months, and we do not refund accounts cancelled for cause.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post changes and note the new effective date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia; the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
